Store your loaf in the freezer directly after purchase and enjoy extended shelf life. All our breads can be frozen in their original paper packaging, this way, they will last up to 3 weeks. Keeping your bread in the fridge is not advisable.
Buy your bread unsliced. It will stay fresh much longer and it will retain the taste of the bread. Besides, slicing your own bread is just great.
Still prefer sliced bread? You can freeze it and thaw the bread per slice and still have your tasty bread every day. All our breads can be frozen in their original paper packaging, this way, they will last up to 3 weeks.
Unsliced bread or baguette can be ʻre-freshedʼ easily in the oven. Make the bread a little wet and bake it for about 5 minutes in a hot (200°C) oven. Voila, your bread has a crispy crust again.
Did you buy your bread still hot, from the oven? Then we recommend not sealing the packaging until the bread is properly cooled before storing it.
